Our journey
Jorge’s background in Construction Engineering from New York and Aleen’s studies in Design and Animation in California, USA and Jerusalem, Israel provided a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision. Both of us were passionate about real estate, and we each earned our real estate licenses before we even met. After marrying in 2006, we further expanded our skill set by becoming licensed mortgage brokers.
In 2008, as the real estate market crashed, we faced significant challenges. Having just completed the restoration of a historic 1920s home in West Palm Beach’s Historic District, we found ourselves underwater on that property and others. With the market in turmoil, we knew the recovery would take time. That’s when we made the decision to pivot, and look for new strategies.
The Mobile Home Niche
Through extensive travel, networking, and learning from industry leaders, we discovered the profound need for affordable housing options across the country, in 2012, we launched Mobile Home Way, with a vision to serve the growing demand for affordable living. We saw the mobile home niche as a unique opportunity to provide accessible, quality housing, particularly in light of skyrocketing housing costs in many regions.
With our combined experience in real estate and construction, we applied the same principles that made single-family properties successful to the mobile home market. From day one, our core values, trust, transparency, and efficiency, have guided us in helping individuals and families find homes they’re proud to live in.
